Shipping Conditions

Our offer is aimed at commercial customers.

We always ship our goods as insured parcels, usually with our shipping service provider DPD/DHL. Unless otherwise specified, we ship using the DPD/DHL Standard service. For shipments within Germany (without any minimum order value), there is a minimum shipping rate of €9.50 (including packaging costs).  

Of course, we can also ship orders via DPD next day (by 6 p.m.) or DPD Express (by 12 p.m.) upon request. Please contact us directly in these cases. 

Heavy goods, such as adhesive buckets or cardboard, must be shipped via a freight forwarder. Bulky goods, such as some types of fabric and paper that exceed the package dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm, incur increased shipping costs. We will be happy to inform you of the costs in each individual case.
